Job Purpose:
To operate and support network services ensuring optimum service availability and performance, meeting agreed SLAs, customer requirements, and contractual agreements.
Responsibilities:

Technical:
- Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and administration of existing or future network infrastructures.
- Interface with vendors for appropriate communication and issue resolution.
- Perform routine health checks and preventive measures on assigned systems.
- Monitor the network and report failures or degradations to senior team members and the direct manager.
- Conduct proof of concept deployments and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes.
- Follow and maintain network operations and security standards.
- Maintain technical expertise in all areas of network components in operation.

Administrative:
- Collaborate with IT Operations to support projects and daily operations.
- Communicate status, plan-of-action, and resolution of reported issues effectively.
- Provide high-quality support experience to internal and external customers.
- Manage case escalations to senior network engineers or the Network Operations Manager while maintaining customer communications.

Documentation:
- Keep operational documentation up to date.
- Assist in generating technical documentation and guide manuals.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of three years’ experience in network deployment and operations.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a similar field as a minimum.
- CCNA Certified.
