Network Expert

The Network Expert will lead and manage the network team to ensure the efficient design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure. The role involves overseeing network performance, security, and troubleshooting to guarantee reliable and secure connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor the network team to achieve operational goals.
• Maintain and optimize network hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Monitor network performance and implement improvements.
• Enforce network security policies and handle incident response.
• Coordinate with IT teams and vendors on projects and issues.
• Maintain network documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
• Plan and execute network upgrades and expansions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in network administration and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and security.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP) preferred.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time, 1-year Contract
