Network & Infrastructure, Technician

About the Role
We are seeking a Network & Infrastructure Technician to support, maintain, and troubleshoot our network and IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable day-to-day operations. This role is essential in promoting an efficient and effective network environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network and infrastructure equipment.
• Support routers, switches, access points, cabling, and related devices.
• Monitor network connectivity and system performance.
• Troubleshoot hardware, network, and connectivity issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and infrastructure checks.
• Support network upgrades, installations, and migrations.
• Manage user connectivity and basic access requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation and equipment records.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in network or IT infrastructure support.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and LAN/WAN.
• Experience with network devices, cabling, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows and basic IT support.
• CCNA or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
