Network Launch & Configuration Readiness Manager

The Network Launch & Configuration Readiness Manager is responsible for ensuring end-to-end launch readiness across all Fulfillment Centers (FCs) and Stores spanning Core, Rush, and Now networks. This role leads the configuration design, planning, and execution readiness for new nodes, ensuring operational scalability and compliance with the company standards. The role partners closely with Ops, Supply Chain, Tech, and Business teams to define launch scope, validate configuration inputs (e.g., inbound, outbound, storage topology), and manage readiness checkpoints from planning through Go-Live.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end configuration readiness for all new FCs, SDCs, IXDs, and stores across Core, Rush, and Now networks.
• Define and track readiness milestones (inbound, storage, outbound, systems, and capacity) from planning through Go-Live.
• Partner with Ops, Supply Chain, and Business teams to validate launch inputs, volume ramp plans, and operational dependencies.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of fulfillment network design and operational processes.
• Strong cross-functional project management skills, with the ability to translate planning inputs into executable operational readiness milestones.
• Ability to standardize launch mechanisms and ensure alignment with S&OP, topology, and capacity plans.
