Network Loss Program Officer

As a Network Loss Program Officer in the Network Losses team, you will gain 360-degree exposure to all areas of transportation at a pan-country level, owning the end-to-end process improvement for Network Losses. You will be working with various cross functions such as operations, continuous improvement, security, finance, and legal to build visibility on loss themes and set up mitigation plans and follow on execution. You will define and implement tailor-made action plans to boost your Network performance and monitor success metrics on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape the role and benchmark processes across global Amazon geographies.
• Solve Amazon's most complicated problems by analyzing data, auditing sites, and deep diving into process gaps.
• Monitor success metrics and implement action plans for Network performance improvement.

Basic Qualifications

• Project management, process improvement, or quality control background.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
