Network Losses Area Manager (NL AM)

About
The Network Losses (NL) Organization exists to reduce and control operationally controllable defects that result in financial loss to the company, specifically in inventory overwrite or customer concessions. The NL AM will be responsible for reducing operational defects that lead to network losses. This role will involve close collaboration on a daily basis with field operations, security and loss prevention, legal, and vendor management teams to ensure that process defects leading to losses are eliminated, and improvements are reflected in weekly loss figures.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve overarching Network Losses (NL) metrics targets through collaboration with operational stakeholders to align new input metrics.
• Daily tracking of input metrics, engaging actively with operations to implement fixes and enhance these metrics.
• Identify and address new operational defects, implementing effective countermeasures.
• Identify and highlight structural challenges to drive the NL charter forward.
• Drive NL Weekly business reviews.
• Utilize SQL daily to generate business insights.
