As the Network Manager of MENA, Africa, and EMEA, you will lead our procurement activities with our network partners in the EMEA region. This is a unique opportunity to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working closely with top telco companies and talented teams at DT One.

Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted & resourceful contact for DT One's key telco, billers, and digital gift card partners in the EMEA region.
  • Own and monitor the volume trends and profitability of the assigned markets.
  • Develop creative and financially meaningful partnership models with our network partners.
  • Develop and drive our network partner strategy to support our regional sales teams.
  • Lead small- and large-scale deals and projects with our partners, ensuring product portfolio enrichment and cost optimization.
  • Act as an advisor to the sales team, utilizing deep industry and market expertise to support achieving DT One's sales targets.
  • Maintain regular and transparent communication with customer support, pricing, provisioning, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Onboard new network partners or products based on market trends or customer demand, supported by business cases and forecasts.
  • Support direct sales activities with Telcos in the EMEA region.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of sales and/or procurement experience with a proven track record in delivering new business.
  • Experience with network management in a mobile top-up or international remittance and payments business is a plus.
  • Experience working with or having business relationships with Telco and digital service providers across EMEA.
  • Ability to interact and negotiate with C-level decision-makers, navigating complex deals and understanding legal language.
  • In-depth market knowledge to identify opportunities and build compelling propositions that offer mutual value.
  • A strong balance of strategic planning and an active hands-on approach.
  • "Can-do" attitude, entrepreneurial drive, and focus on problem-solving with energy in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to manage priorities under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM, Excel, and PowerPoint; data analysis experience with Tableau is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for business.
