Core Responsibilities

Manages and maintains the Switching Operations to ensure maximum/100% network availability.
Ensures the installation of central and remote switches as per requests received.
Manages and maintains the readiness of central and remote switches on a 24/7 basis.
Oversees operations of central and remote switches to ensure efficient service during emergency situations.
Aims to reduce complaints regarding switches by improving the resolution process, targeting zero customer complaints.

0 - 2 years of experience.

Nature of Experience
Prior experience in handling priority customers or working in a supervisory role related to royal families, preferably within the telecommunication industry.
