The Role:

Cloud & Infrastructure Monitoring:
- Monitor health across cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) including compute, storage, network, and databases.
- Use tools like Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK to observe system resource utilization, uptime, and performance bottlenecks.
- Tune alert thresholds to prevent false positives and ensure early detection of issues.

End-to-End Customer Journey Monitoring:
- Proactively monitor real-time customer journeys, detecting drop-offs or issues in registration, login, deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals.
- Collaborate with Product and TechOps teams to ensure visibility of funnel performance.

Website & Application Performance Monitoring:
- Track website and API performance metrics, generating dashboards and alerts for key application metrics.

Incident Detection & Response:
- Act as the first point of contact for service-impacting incidents and escalate accordingly.
- Participate in real-time incident support and post-incident reviews.

Third-Party Services & Integration Monitoring:
- Monitor third-party service health and escalate issues per support agreements.

Collaboration with Integrated Support Teams:
- Work alongside TechOps, DevOps, and Product teams to enhance observability and incident response.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or a related field.
- MS Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate.
- ITIL certification and Linux Administration preferred.
Skills Required:
- 3+ years of experience in cloud security operations within a regulated industry.
- Experience with tools such as Grafana, CloudWatch, Prometheus, and ELK.
- Proficient in Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving & troubleshooting abilities.
