Network Operations Center (NOC) Specialist

We are looking for a Network Operations Center (NOC) Specialist to support and maintain enterprise IT & OT infrastructure across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wireless, Firewalls & Data Centers
• Troubleshoot network issues (OSPF, BGP, MPLS, ILL, Broadband)
• Act as an escalation point for critical incidents
• Use monitoring tools to proactively detect and resolve issues
• Ensure network security, stability, and uptime in a 24x7 environment

Work Conditions:

• On-site
• Contract
• Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts
• UAE Driving license mandatory
• Only candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Engineering
• CCNP – Mandatory
• Arabic language proficiency
• Experience with NGFWs, WAN, wireless & monitoring tools
