Network Optimization Officer

About the Role
The role focuses on using analytical and data mining techniques to support the Network Optimization unit in identifying revenue-maximizing opportunities. The position involves developing and documenting actions implemented by the network optimization and revenue management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of strategies crafted by the network optimization teams.
• Summarize and visualize results while highlighting insights and opportunities.
• Document all ad-hoc and structural changes and measure revenue impact for all network capacity changes.
• Review both constrained and unconstrained network demand using PROS and propose necessary capacity shifts.
• Monitor the introduction of new frequencies and routes, providing timely updates to the network team.
• Coordinate internally to gather capacity restrictions and ensure that the Revenue Management System (RMS) is updated promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration.
• A minimum of 3 years of working experience in a complex analytical environment, with preference for experience in the airline industry.
• Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office and query tools including at least two of the following: SQL, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with substantial experience in business analysis, specifically in areas such as segmentation, regression analysis, clustering, forecasting, and web analytics.
