The Network Optimization Officer will utilize analytical and data mining techniques to support the Network Optimization unit in identifying revenue-maximizing opportunities. Key responsibilities include supporting the development and execution of strategies by the network optimization teams, summarizing and visualizing results to highlight insights and opportunities, documenting all ad-hoc and structural changes while measuring revenue results for network capacity changes, reviewing network-constrained and unconstrained demand from PROS and proposing capacity shifts, monitoring the development of new frequencies/routes and updating the network team accordingly, and coordinating internally to obtain capacity restrictions while ensuring RMS is updated in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 3 years of working experience in a complex numerate and analytical environment, with a preference for airline industry experience.
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office and query tools, including at least 2 of the following: SQL, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills with solid experience in business analysis, particularly in at least 2 of the following areas: segmentation, regression analysis, clustering, forecasting, or web analytics.
