Network Security Engineer

Penta Consulting is a technology service provider and leading outsourced partner, delivering professional and managed solutions across EMEA. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Security Engineer with a strong background in Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) to join one of our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Cisco ISE Experience: Proven experience in Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) implementation, configuration, and ongoing support.
• Network Engineering: Expertise in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of physical or logical network devices including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and integration with Active Directory.
• Protocol Knowledge: In-depth understanding of network protocols including 802.1x, RADIUS, TACACS+, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, and LDAP.
• Technical Support: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve ISE-related issues at a level 2/3 support level, engaging across multiple technical domains.
• Cisco SDA/SDWAN: Solid understanding and experience with Cisco SD Access (SDA) and SD-WAN solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CCIE Security or relevant Cisco ISE certifications.
• Experience with other Cisco security solutions such as Cisco AnyConnect, Cisco Umbrella, or Cisco Web Security Appliances.
• Familiarity with other identity management solutions and security technologies.
