Network & Security Engineer – L2

About the job
We are looking for a Network & Security Engineer – L2 to support and maintain enterprise network and security infrastructure, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure system availability and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot Cisco & HPE Aruba switches, wireless, and network infrastructure.
• Configure and support VLANs, STP, trunking, NAC, 802.1X, RADIUS, and network segmentation.
• Provide operational support for Cisco ISE, Cisco/Palo Alto Firewalls, VPN, and Cisco Umbrella/SASE.
• Monitor and support Citrix NetScaler/ADC load balancers.
• Manage Symantec Endpoint Protection/EDR and assist with security incident resolution.
• Provide operational support for LogRhythm SIEM/SOAR and CyberArk PAM.
• Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, upgrades, backups, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with Cisco, Palo Alto, HPE Aruba, ISPs, and other vendors for incidents and support cases.
• Maintain network diagrams, configurations, SOPs, reports, and operational documentation.
• Support audits, compliance, DR testing, and disaster recovery readiness.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Network & Security / Infrastructure Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, HPE Aruba, Palo Alto, and Cisco ISE.
• Knowledge of network security, firewalls, NAC, wireless, VPN, and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to NetScaler, Symantec EDR, LogRhythm, and CyberArk is preferred.
• Strong incident management, documentation, and vendor coordination skills.
