Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in networking and security fields.
- Thorough understanding and experience in network LAN solutions and technologies, including campus switching, complex multi-routing, WAN, SD-WAN, and non-blocking data center technologies (Expert-Advanced).
- Advanced understanding of wireless technologies, including profiles, RF manipulation in 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz frequencies (Expert-Intermediate).
- Experience in designing and troubleshooting routing protocols and technologies, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, IS-IS, MPLS, and redistribution (Expert-Advanced).
- Expert in advanced switching protocols (e.g., spanning tree, port-channels, VPC, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP) (Expert-Advanced).
- Thorough understanding of security solutions (IPS/IDS, firewalls).
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in Multi-Pod Cisco ACI environments is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Cisco Intent-based networking (Cisco DNA) and Meraki platforms (Expert-Beginner).
- Advanced knowledge of Cloud, data center networking, computing, and security (Expert-Advanced).
- Advanced knowledge of L2/L3 Multicast and streaming protocols (PIM, IGMP, RP).
- Experience with IP-Telephony solutions (Expert-Beginner/Basic).
- Proficiency in monitoring and reporting platforms (e.g., Riverbed, ManageEngine, SolarWinds, PRTG, ZABIX) (Expert-Intermediate).
- Working experience with ITIL frameworks (Expert-Intermediate).
- Hands-on experience with platforms including but not limited to Cisco Catalyst and Nexus (ACI and NX-OS modes) (Mandatory).
- Experience with Aruba, Cisco, and Ruckus enterprise wireless systems (Mandatory).
- Familiarity with WAF and ADC solutions (e.g., Citrix, F5, Sophos, and Azure GW) (Desirable).
- Experience with Fortinet, Palo-Alto, FTD, Juniper, and Sophos Next-Gen Firewalls (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of Cisco and FortiGate SD-WAN solutions and platforms (Mandatory).
- Experience with Cisco ISR routers (Mandatory).
- Familiarity with Blade-switching (Oracle Exadata, Synergy, IBM-Blade) (Desirable).
- Experience with Cisco and Ribbon enterprise telephony systems and voice gateways (Desirable).
- Familiarity with Aruba ClearPass, Cisco ISE, and NetScout, 802.1X NAC, and AAA solutions (Mandatory).
