Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support enterprise network and security solutions across customer environments.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain firewall, IPS, web security, email security, NAC, endpoint security, and SD-WAN technologies.
- Implement and support routing, switching, wireless, and network infrastructure solutions.
- Perform installation, testing, troubleshooting, optimization, and operational support activities across network and security platforms.
- Develop and maintain High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), implementation, and as-built documentation.
- Participate in project planning, solution design, technical workshops, and Bill of Quantity (BOQ) preparation activities.
- Ensure successful project delivery through deployment, implementation, testing, validation, and operational handover.
- Support centralized management, monitoring, reporting, and automation platforms for network and security environments.
- Collaborate with implementation, operations, support, and customer teams to ensure service quality and operational stability.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for network and security incidents.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance infrastructure security, performance, and availability.
- Adhere to organizational standards, best practices, and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of enterprise networking and cybersecurity principles.
- Good knowledge of firewall technologies, intrusion prevention systems, web and email security solutions.
- Solid understanding of routing, switching, wireless networking, SD-WAN, and network security architectures.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
- Strong documentation skills with experience producing HLD, LLD, and As-Built documentation.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant vendor certifications in Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or equivalent technologies are required.
- Additional industry certifications related to networking, cybersecurity, or infrastructure technologies are advantageous.
Required Experience
- Demonstrable experience in enterprise networking, network security, and infrastructure implementation roles.
- Hands-on experience with firewall administration and security policy management across Cisco FTD/FMC, Palo Alto, and FortiGate platforms.
- Experience with intrusion prevention, web security, email security, network access control, and endpoint security technologies.
- Experience implementing and supporting routing, switching, wireless, and SD-WAN environments.
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and operational support frameworks.
- Experience supporting business-critical network and security infrastructure.
