This role is designed to be primarily onsite at an HPE office. As a Networking PAM, you will serve as a trusted advisor to partners, fostering mutually beneficial relationships in alignment with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) business priorities. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, profitability, and pipeline through strategic business plans and data-driven sales efforts. You will be expected to articulate HPE's global and local business strategies to sell effectively alongside partners, helping to create a scalable selling ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop mutually beneficial plans for partner growth in alignment with HPE's business priorities.
- Drive end-to-end revenue and profitability through joint business plans.
- Tailor solutions and strategies to meet partner needs and differentiate HPE from competitors.
- Build executive-level relationships with partners to expand HPE's market share.
- Oversee and coordinate HPE activities with partners, ensuring compliance with HPE requirements.
Education and Experience:
- University or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Typically 6-10+ years of selling experience at end-user account or partner level.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Thorough understanding of current technology trends and HPE’s strategy.
- Strong sales and account management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in negotiating and resolving conflicts.
