Networking Presales Consultant

This role is responsible for providing technical support and leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions tailored to meet a customer’s business needs. As a Consulting Systems Engineer, you will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding customers through end-to-end technical designs that address their specific requirements.

Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: Hybrid (average of 2 days per week from an office)

Responsibilities:

• Apply your knowledge of the unstructured data market and the company Networking portfolio to ensure that customer business and technical needs are met.
• Design network solutions that align with customer business requirements, utilizing an understanding of their technical environment.
• Collaborate proactively with account team leadership to articulate key value propositions and identify overlooked opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Develop and nurture professional working relationships with customer technical teams, focusing on their ecosystem and business needs.

Education and Experience:

• First-level university technical degree or equivalent technical qualifications; advanced degree in technology is preferred.
• Technical experience in IT with a focus on networking solutions.
• 3–5 years of experience in network technologies, particularly with a concentration on Juniper technologies.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Well-developed knowledge and experience in identifying and exploiting networking opportunities.
• Business and financial acumen with an understanding of the various functional responsibilities within customer business roles.
• Strong consultative and value selling skills to actively assist customers in making informed business decisions.
