Newgen BPM Developer

We are currently looking for a Newgen BPM Developer for our UAE operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a software development role, specifically in architecting and developing workflow-based solutions. Experience with web development technologies is preferred, along with a strong willingness to learn BPM and other automation technologies.

Key qualifications include knowledge of current technological trends in software development such as OOP, Multi-Tier Software development, Component Architecture, and Web-Based Software. Familiarity with system integration issues is also essential.

Proficiency in programming languages including JAVA, JSP, Servlets, EJB, SQL/Oracle, and J2EE is required. The candidate must be able to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently while demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortability in interacting with business stakeholders and external clients is critical, as well as the ability to work under deadlines and manage expectations.

Ideal personal traits include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a friendly demeanor, clear thinking, flexibility, time management, self-confidence, and an openness to change and challenges. The candidate should possess perseverance and sound independent decision-making abilities while also being a team player, with the attitude to deliver solutions First Time Right.

Technical skills needed include Java, JavaScript frameworks, SQL (SQL Server and Oracle), and familiarity with Visual Studio .NET 2015 or later. A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant industry experience across a wide variety of development projects is expected along with educational qualifications of B.E/B. Tech. - CS/IT/MCA, M. Tech, or an equivalent degree from a reputed institute preferred.

The joining time frame is 2 weeks, with a maximum of 1 month.
