Responsibilities

  • Workflow Development
    Design, develop, and implement workflow solutions using NewGen Software's proprietary platform or other workflow management tools.
    Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and pain points, and translate them into effective workflow solutions.
    Customize and configure workflow templates, rules, and triggers to automate business processes and streamline operations.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of workflow solutions.

  • Technical Support
    Provide technical support to clients during the implementation, integration, and ongoing usage of workflow solutions.
    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to workflow configuration, functionality, and performance in a timely manner.
    Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates on issue resolution progress, and offer guidance and best practices.
    Document support tickets, resolutions, and troubleshooting procedures to build a comprehensive knowledge base and facilitate self-service support.

  • Customer Engagement
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and support.
    Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate clients on workflow solution capabilities, features, and best practices.
    Gather feedback from clients regarding workflow solution usage, performance, and enhancement requests, and communicate insights to the product development team.
    Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and recommendations for optimizing their workflow processes and maximizing the value of our solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software development and technical support, with expertise in workflow management systems or business process automation tools.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript, and familiarity with web development frameworks.
  • Experience with workflow modeling, process design, and rule-based automation concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role or client services environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A proactive and customer-centric attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality support and solutions.
