Newgen's platform is used by organizations to streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and improve business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities of a Newgen Developer
Application Development:
- Designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Newgen's BPM, ECM, and CCM platforms.
- Customizing Newgen applications to meet specific business requirements.
Workflow Design:
- Creating and managing workflows using Newgen's BPM suite.
- Automating business processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Integration:
- Integrating Newgen solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Using APIs and other integration tools to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
Customization and Configuration:
- Configuring Newgen modules to align with organizational needs.
- Developing custom components, scripts, and plugins to extend Newgen functionalities.
Testing and Deployment:
