Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Practice Development:
- Develop and implement the NextGen Cloud & DevOps practice strategy to align with business and client needs.
- Drive innovation in cloud management, DevOps, automation, and AI-driven operations.
- Build and lead a team of cloud engineers, DevOps specialists, and automation experts.
- Establish best practices, methodologies, and governance frameworks for cloud and DevOps projects.

Cloud & DevOps Solutions Delivery:
- Oversee cloud migration, modernization, and multi-cloud/hybrid cloud strategies.
- Ensure robust CI/CD pipeline implementation and infrastructure automation (IaC).
- Develop and enforce cloud security and compliance strategies (DevSecOps, Zero Trust, CSPM).
- Optimize cloud operations using SRE principles, observability, and AI-powered automation.
- Manage Kubernetes, containerization, and serverless infrastructure.

Business Development & Pre-Sales Support:
- Collaborate with sales and business teams to identify and pursue cloud and DevOps opportunities.
- Lead pre-sales efforts, including RFP responses, solution architecture, and client presentations.
- Develop strategic partnerships with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps technology vendors.
- Provide thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and industry events.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement:
- Implement AI-driven monitoring and predictive analytics for cloud optimization.
- Drive automation in IT operations, reducing manual effort and increasing efficiency.
- Ensure cost optimization through FinOps practices and intelligent resource allocation.
- Lead training and upskilling initiatives for the team to stay ahead of industry trends.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in cloud and DevOps, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Certifications: Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Expert, Google Cloud Professional, Kubernetes, Terraform) are highly preferred.

Technical Skills:
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and multi-cloud strategies.
- Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD automation, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi).
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
- Experience in cloud security, compliance, and DevSecOps practices.
- Familiarity with AI-driven cloud optimization and cloud-native analytics.
