About the Role
We are looking for a Nexthink DEX Expert to manage and support the Nexthink Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform across enterprise customer environments. The role will be responsible for the design, implementation, administration, optimization, and support of the Nexthink platform, ensuring effective monitoring and improvement of the digital employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Nexthink DEX solutions across enterprise environments.
• Administer and maintain the Nexthink platform.
• Optimize Nexthink configurations and platform performance.
• Monitor and support the Digital Employee Experience environment.
• Support enterprise customers in utilizing Nexthink capabilities effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Nexthink-related issues.
• Continuously optimize the platform to improve the overall digital employee experience.
• Provide technical support and guidance related to Nexthink DEX.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Nexthink and Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms.
• Hands-on experience in Nexthink design, implementation, administration, optimization, and support.
• Experience working within enterprise customer environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support capabilities.
• Ability to manage and optimize Nexthink environments independently.
