Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance continuously to ensure optimal functionality.
- Triage network incidents efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate with field engineers to facilitate timely resolution of network issues.
- Maintain documentation of incidents and network performance.
- Implement measures to minimize downtime and enhance network reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or IT service desk environment.
- Proficiency in monitoring tools, incident management systems, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Valid passport with clear status and willingness to undergo compliance and degree attestation checks as per UAE employment regulations.
