Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with relevant authorities and stakeholders to obtain necessary NOCs for project activities.
- Prepare and submit NOC applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Track the status of NOC applications and follow up with authorities to expedite approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of all NOC applications, approvals, and related correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards for all NOC-related activities.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to identify NOC requirements for different phases of the project.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the status of NOC applications to project management.
- Address any issues or concerns related to NOC applications promptly and effectively.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing NOC processes for large infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and requirements for obtaining NOCs in Dubai.
