Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time, Rotational shifts (24×7 Support)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network, servers, applications, and IT infrastructure using tools such as ManageEngine OpManager and Pingdom.
- Identify, acknowledge, investigate, and troubleshoot alerts and incidents.
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, operating systems, and network-related issues.
- Perform Windows installation, software installation, system configuration, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
- Conduct basic checks such as service restarts, device health checks, and system verification.
- Log, track, update, and close incidents using IT service management (ITSM) tools.
- Escalate unresolved or critical issues to higher-level teams as needed.
- Maintain incident records, monitoring logs, and shift handover documentation.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for timely issue resolution.
- Prepare daily/weekly monitoring and incident reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in NOC, IT Support, or IT Operations.
- Experience with hardware/software installation and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of Windows installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching).
- Familiarity with ManageEngine OpManager, Pingdom, and ITSM tools.
- Understanding of incident management, SLA compliance, and escalation procedures.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux environments is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a 24×7 shift-based environment.
