NOC Manager – Network Operations Center

We are seeking an experienced and strategic NOC Manager to lead our 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) based in Dubai. In this role, you will oversee network operations, ensure SLA compliance, and manage a skilled team of engineers to deliver world-class service to multiple customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing NOC team.
• Drive incident, change, and problem management, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee monitoring tools and proactively prevent downtime or service impact.
• Manage multiple customer accounts, ensuring SLA compliance and avoiding breaches.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align NOC operations with business objectives.
• Generate and analyze operational reports, ensuring compliance with ITIL frameworks and industry best practices.
• Continuously optimize NOC processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in NOC operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of network monitoring platforms and ticketing tools aligned with ITIL processes.
• ITIL Certification is mandatory; additional certifications are an advantage.
• Proven track record in team leadership, SLA management, and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
