Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable and highly available Restful APIs using NodeJS technologies.
• Work hands-on with TypeScript and performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring.
• Implement CI/CD principles and troubleshoot issues in a distributed service ecosystem.
• Engage in API gateway integrations and understand authentication methods (Rest, JWT, oAuth).

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree or Postgraduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in coding with NodeJS, JavaScript, and databases; at least 1 year with TypeScript; experience in the banking, financial, or fintech sectors is preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in developing APIs and practical experience with GraphQL.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of task/message queues, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Pushpin, and Kafka.
• Familiarity with coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards.

Soft Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of interacting with senior and executive management.
• Self-motivated and able to drive initiatives without supervision while collaborating with teams.
