Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for OBDX/Channel banking.
- Understand and translate business requirements into vendor-specific documents.
- Manage and validate builds from the vendor.
- Engage with the product organization, anticipate roadblocks, and address concerns.
- Perform deployments and analyze system issues, participating in root cause analysis.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), regression, performance tuning, and integrations.
- Conduct impact assessments of change requests and facilitate production deployments.
- Provide technical and functional support in process optimization and technology project approvals.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor in Computer Science or related field; postgraduate degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in OBDX/Channel implementations, particularly in Corporate Banking.
- Strong domain knowledge and hands-on experience with OBDX/Channels.
- Experience in product design and implementation aligned with business requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with banking domain and large-scale transformation projects.
- Ability to document integration and design specifications for large-scale applications.
Language Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to prepare system documentation effectively.
Work Conditions: The position is on-site in Dubai, and the successful candidate will be expected to manage multiple projects with various deadlines while adhering to the company's operational risk policy and compliance procedures.
