Key Responsibilities:

Architect and govern the strategic blueprint for AppDynamics across the enterprise.
Define and enforce best practices for application monitoring and performance analytics.
Integrate AppDynamics into core operational processes, including incident management and CI/CD pipelines.
Conduct root cause analyses of performance and stability issues, providing actionable insights.
Champion AppDynamics capabilities, including mobile/browser real user monitoring and advanced analytics.
Collaborate with technical and executive stakeholders to translate complex concepts into clear value.
Guide customers through discovery, requirements gathering, and successful adoption of solutions.

Qualifications:

Deep technical fluency in at least one core language (Java, .Net, NodeJS, PHP).
Strong understanding of modern application architectures and distributed systems.
Proven experience with the AppDynamics platform in enterprise environments.
ACIP certification (required); ITIL certification is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels.
Passion for solving complex problems and ensuring customer success.
Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
