About the Job
As an OCI Account Manager at Oracle, you will sell a subset of products or services directly or through partners to small and medium-sized accounts. This role combines responsibilities of both Field Sales Representative and Inside Sales Representative. You will work to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory that may encompass a combination of geographic, product, industry, and other customer or market dimensions.

You will utilize inbound and/or outbound techniques to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities. Managing accounts throughout the entire sales process, you will collaborate with team members in business development, consulting, and support to uncover all customer needs. Understanding Oracle's product offerings and competitive issues will be essential for developing solution proposals that encompass all aspects of the application.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to customer sites to identify and develop sales opportunities.
  • Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
  • Conduct onsite customer presentations with C-level executives to negotiate and close strategic and complex deals.
  • Liaise with customer contacts to manage relationships, identify new opportunities, and maximize sales.

Requirements

  • 6 to 10+ years of relevant experience in sales.
  • Proficient in English and Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
