Responsibilities
- Drive net-new OCI business, account expansion, and cloud consumption growth across your assigned territory.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with customer executives, business leaders, and technical stakeholders.
- Influence C-level decision makers to support transformational cloud and AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales specialists, presales, customer success, marketing, and partner teams to deliver customer value.
- Leverage the company's partner ecosystem to accelerate adoption and business growth.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity progression through the company's sales methodologies.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive positioning, cloud technologies, and AI innovation.
- Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
Requirements
- Proven success in cloud, infrastructure, technology, or enterprise software sales.
- Experience selling cloud, AI, data, or digital transformation solutions.
- A strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving measurable business growth.
- Ability to build and execute strategic territory and account plans.
- Experience developing relationships with C-level executives and key business stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions to customer outcomes.
- Excellent collaboration skills and experience working across matrixed organizations.
- Ability to work effectively with partners and ecosystem stakeholders.
