About the Job
The OCI Sales Manager for the KSA Market is responsible for leading a team to meet revenue, activity, and opportunity creation targets. This role involves defining and communicating team strategies that align with the overall business strategy, setting measurable objectives, and driving progress towards strategic goals. The manager will be accountable for the team's successful attainment of these objectives while providing coaching and development to team members. Proactively engaging with customers and partners, managing escalations, and ensuring ethical conduct are also key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of OD prime sales representatives for a designated territory/region.
  • Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the division.
  • Develop relationships with license, consulting, education, and support field managers to create joint account plans.
  • Execute strategic plans using resources from various marketing and sales functions to maximize revenue.
  • Coach, manage performance, and develop the careers of staff.
  • Participate in recruiting and provide hiring recommendations to senior management.
  • Handle escalations and navigate complex sales situations to negotiate and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct sales forecasts, territory planning, demand generation, deal strategy development, and trend analysis.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in cloud infrastructure.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
