OCI Sales Rep

At the company, we're looking for an exceptional, self-driven professional with a strong sense of leadership and innovation. This position is responsible for new account development and growing existing accounts within an established geographic or named account territory.

An OCI Sales representative works to identify, qualify, and deliver the company's revolutionary OCI and Generative AI cloud products and solutions across the private or public cloud. Responsibilities include:

• Achieving or exceeding the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales consumption and booking goals for assigned products.
• Coordinating with other members of the sales team (employees and partners) to support account sales and business development strategies.
• Managing territory and account plans to drive goal attainment in the assigned territory.
• Demonstrating a track record of driving company programs and strategy into assigned accounts.

Requirements

• Experience contributing individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others to drive success.
• Experience in selling Cloud and AI Technologies.
• Ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
• Experience in cultivating relationships with key customer influencers and decision-makers.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies and processes to effectively pursue and close sales opportunities while aligning with company strategies and programs.
• Commitment to continuous learning and ability to communicate with confidence and authenticity.
