An OCI Sales representative works to identify, qualify, and deliver the company's revolutionary OCI and Generative AI cloud products and solutions across the private or public cloud. Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving or exceeding the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales consumption and booking goals for assigned products.
  • Valuing collaboration and giving back by mentoring and coaching other team members.
  • Managing territory and account plans to drive goal attainment in the assigned territory.
  • Coordinating with other members of the sales team, including employees and partners, to support account sales and business development strategies.
  • Becoming a trusted advisor to key customer influencers and decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Experience contributing individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others to drive success.
  • Some experience in selling Cloud and AI Technologies.
  • Experience in developing and executing territory and account plans to drive sales growth and achieve targets in assigned regions.
  • Ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience in cultivating relationships with key customer influencers and decision-makers.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and processes to effectively pursue and close sales opportunities while aligning with company strategies and programs.
  • Excellence in collaborative, team-oriented settings.
  • Commitment to continuous learning.
