OCM Consultant

The OCM Consultant ensures successful adoption of the OTM solution by managing change impacts, communication, training, and user readiness. Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing organizational change impacts of the OTM implementation.
• Developing and executing change management and communication strategies.
• Designing and delivering role-based training programs.
• Creating user guides, SOPs, and training materials.
• Supporting business users during transition and go-live.
• Identifying and mitigating adoption risks and resistance.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 6–9 years of experience in change management or training roles.
• Experience supporting ERP/supply chain transformations.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Change management certification preferred.
