As the OCN/LN Monitor (Escort), you will be responsible for escorting un-cleared personnel into designated areas and monitoring their activities while they perform assigned work. Your role involves logging the entry and exit of all Local National/Other Country National (LN/OCN) contractors, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and notifying relevant personnel regarding personnel and vehicle counts during escort operations.

Essential Job Functions:
- Perform a wide range of escorting coverage for Local National/Other Country National personnel.
- Make contact with LN/OCN personnel at the designated entry facility after processing and issuance of exchange badges, providing a briefing on rules and procedures.
- Escort LN/OCN personnel until their daily work is completed, ensuring the work zone is cleared by trained Force Protection military personnel before all LN/OCNs exit the base or return to camps.
- Ensure LN/OCNs do not bring any prohibited or contraband items onto the base (e.g., weapons, drugs).
- Maintain visual contact with all vehicles and personnel while escorting, ensuring personal safety and the welfare of escorted personnel, including evacuation to protective shelter in case of an attack.
- Notify the Project/Site Manager and Safety staff promptly about any unsafe working conditions.
- Ensure strict adherence to proper housekeeping practices.
- Maintain a state of alertness and readiness to respond to any situations that may arise, and report any suspicious behavior or comments from LN/OCNs.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
- US Citizenship required.
- Valid US Passport (preferred).
- Valid US Driver's License with a good driving record.
- Must meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa in the host nation.
- Capability to work in extreme environmental conditions, including dust and high temperatures.
- Ability to endure long hours and exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
