OCN Monitor/Escort

About the Role / About the Job
As the OCN/LN Monitor (Escort), you will escort un-cleared personnel into designated areas and monitor their activities while they perform work. You will log all Local National/Other Country National (LN/OCN) contractors in and out and count personnel before and after they carry out their duties, notifying the appropriate personnel regarding the number of people and vehicles being escorted.

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform a wide range of LN/OCN escorting coverage.
• Make contact with LN/OCN personnel at designated entry facilities after they are processed for entry, providing them with their exchange badges along with rules and procedures briefings.
• Escort LN/OCN personnel until they complete daily work, ensure the work zone is cleared by trained Force Protection military personnel, and confirm all LNs/OCNs have exited the base or returned to camps.
• Ensure that LN/OCs do not bring prohibited or contraband items (e.g., weapons, drugs) onto the base.
• Maintain visibility on all vehicles and personnel during escort duties, ensuring safety and welfare of oneself and escorted personnel, including evacuating to protective shelter in case of attack.
• Notify Project/Site Manager and Safety staff promptly of any unsafe working conditions.
• Adhere strictly to proper housekeeping practices.
• Maintain an alert state of readiness and respond properly to any occurring situation, alerting appropriate personnel about any suspicious behaviors or comments from LN/OCNs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• US Citizenship
• Valid US Passport (preferred)
• Valid US Driver's License with a good driving record
• Ability to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY
• Capable of obtaining and maintaining a valid Residency Visa in the host nation
• Ability to work in extreme environmental conditions, including dust and high temperatures
• Capacity to endure long hours and exposure to hazardous conditions.

• 100% deployed overseas
