About the Role:
The Counterintelligence Operational Support Team is tasked with providing comprehensive Counterintelligence (CI) analysis services. This involves fusing intelligence and collecting raw data from diverse sources and classifications to identify threats, trends, structures, and locations of Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE). The role is crucial for disseminating time-sensitive and non-time-sensitive Force Protection (FP) threat information and assessments to supported Commanders, which includes six (6) Air Force Central (AFCENT) forward deployed units within the CENTCOM AOR and one (1) CONUS-based unit.

Responsibilities:
- Fuse intelligence and raw data from multiple sources in varying classifications to identify threats, trends, and structures of terrorist cells. This includes plotting attack information such as fire-points, impact sites, and timelines on a daily to weekly basis.
- Perform collection management duties by evaluating field reports related to the organizational structures of terrorist groups and their interrelationships with other organizations and state-sponsored groups targeting the Department of the Air Force (DAF)/Department of Defense (DoD).
- Assist in developing target packages to mitigate threats to 24 EFIS, subordinate units, and USAF/DoD personnel and resources in the USCENTCOM/AFCENT AOR.
- Prepare briefings that detail the nature, scope, and specific identification, as well as the potential impact of coordination and cooperation among hostile groups. Briefings are prepared as requested by AFOSI leadership, base commanders, and other intelligence/counterintelligence customers (both CONUS and OCONUS).
- Coordinate and maintain liaison relationships with military and national level agencies.
- Ensure all products and briefings produced are in strict compliance with security classification, restrictive caveats, and dissemination directives.
- Travel and provide onsite and offsite support to other CONUS and OCONUS locations in the CENTCOM AOR as requested.
- Maintain current passport and visa requirements, and ensure the ability to be world-wide deployable, including medical clearances and other items outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Utilize governing documents including but not limited to 24 EFIS SOPs, DODI 2000.12, 3115.17, and other relevant directives to deliver products that are free from grammatical, spelling, and formatting errors.
- Provide source citations to all products per ICON guidance.
Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must have a Top-Secret Clearance and be eligible for SCI level Clearance at the time of hire.
- Six (6) years of all-source analytical experience utilizing HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, or OSINT.
- One (1) year of comprehensive analytical support to counterintelligence, counterterrorism, and/or HUMINT operations, completed within the last three (3) years.
- One (1) year of comprehensive analytical or operational experience involving DOD National Defense Strategy priority countries including Russia, China, or Iran.
- Six (6) years of experience in developing intelligence analysis products.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to operate effectively as a member of a combined/joint intelligence team. Strong briefing skills and effective communication abilities in collection management reporting and requirements are essential.
- Experience and working knowledge of programs and systems such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access), Analyst Notebook, SIPR/JWICS Access, M3 - Multi Media Messenger, Source Operations Management Module, Intellink, CIDNE, and other intelligence databases.

- One (1) year of analytical support to counterintelligence, counterterrorism, and/or HUMINT operations, completed within the last three (3) years.
- One (1) year of analytical experience involving DOD National Defense Strategy priorities related to Russia, China, or Iran.
- Six (6) years of experience in intelligence analysis product development.
Preferred:
- Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree in international affairs, national security studies, Arabic studies, international business, international terrorism, trends and analysis, intelligence/counterintelligence, or related fields.
- Desired Experience: Southwest Asian regional expertise.
- Knowledge of AFOSII2MS and/or CI2MS is desirable.
