Job Description:
We are seeking an Architect cum Rule Analyst with hands-on experience implementing various rules patterns in IBM ODM. The ideal candidate will have experience in rule development, rule testing, and rule deployment on IBM ODM 8.0 or higher versions. Responsibilities include:

• Development of rule artifacts such as rule flows, decision tables, action rules, XOM, and BOM.
• Rule Testing using DVS and experience with the Rule Governance Cycle and Decision Center.
• Design and development of rules and solutions using IBM ODM.
• Leading a team of 4 to 5 members.
• Debugging complex processes and end-to-end solutions.
• Familiarity with Splunk logs.

• Java skills
• Performance tuning of rules engine
• Designing of requirements
• Rules development
