Odoo Developer

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer to join our team and support the development, customization, and implementation of Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience with Odoo, and a passion for solving complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules to meet client-specific requirements.
• Perform technical analysis, coding, and debugging of Odoo applications (Python, PostgreSQL, XML, etc.).
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems (e.g., APIs, payment gateways, etc.).
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide technical support, training, and documentation for end-users and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on Odoo updates, features, and best practices to enhance implementations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Extensive experience in Odoo development (versions 16, 17).
• Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and the Odoo framework (ORM, workflows, QWeb, etc.).
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for Odoo customization.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes (e.g., CRM, Sales, Inventory).
• Familiarity with Git, Linux, and cloud platforms is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Odoo certification (e.g., Odoo Developer Certification).
• Experience with Odoo.sh or hosting Odoo instances.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
