This temporary remote position for an Odoo Developer involves:

• Designing, developing, and customizing Odoo modules to meet business requirements.
• Integrating Odoo with other systems using technologies such as Java, .NET, and Node.js.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in Odoo and related systems.
• Collaborating with business analysts, stakeholders, and other departments to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensuring code quality through rigorous testing and code reviews.
• Participating in the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD processes.
• Staying updated with the latest developments in Odoo and related technologies.
• Providing technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.

To qualify for this position, candidates should have:

• 3-5 years of experience in Odoo development, including developing and maintaining Odoo modules.
• Proficiency in the Odoo framework and strong knowledge of Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Odoo.sh and Odoo Studio as well as proficiency in an additional stack such as Java, .NET, or Node.js.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Odoo certification.
• Business process analysis and improvement experience.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Previous experience in multi-stack development projects involving Java, .NET, or Node.js.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
