Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Odoo ERP solutions.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules for Accounting, HR, and Procurement.
- Provide user training, support, and troubleshooting for Odoo-related issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance and optimize Odoo functionalities.
- Work with the technical team to implement necessary customizations.
- Perform system testing, UAT, and ensure successful deployments.
- Develop documentation and user guides for business processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or in a similar ERP consulting role (versions 16, 17 preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Odoo modules and their configuration.
- Solid understanding of ERP concepts and business processes across various industries.
- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and creating functional documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Odoo certification (e.g., Odoo Functional Consultant Certification).
- Experience with Odoo.sh or managing Odoo deployments.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, or Odoo technical framework is a plus.
- Previous experience in project management or client-facing roles.

- Proficiency in English is required.
