We are seeking a highly skilled Odoo Sales Manager to drive our ERP sales strategy and expand our market presence across the UAE and GCC region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling Odoo-based solutions, strong client-facing capabilities, and the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Growth:

    • Lead and manage end-to-end sales cycles for Odoo ERP solutions across multiple industry verticals.
    • Identify, qualify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, account plans, and sales forecasts.
  • Client Engagement & Pre-Sales:

    • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions with clients.
    • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams to design solutions, proposals, and commercial offers.
    • Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction through consistent engagement.
  • Team Leadership:

    • Manage, guide, and mentor the sales team to ensure alignment with company goals.
    • Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence:

    • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in the ERP space.
    • Provide actionable insights to leadership for business planning and strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in ERP sales, with at least 2–3 years dedicated to Odoo.
  • Strong knowledge of Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, HR, etc.).
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into tailored Odoo solution offerings.
  • Experience in the UAE or KSA ERP market is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
