Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and gather requirements for Odoo ERP implementations.
- Customize and configure Odoo modules such as Accounting, HR, Procurement, CRM, and Inventory.
- Design and develop technical solutions including modules, reports, integrations, and workflows.
- Perform UAT, testing, deployment, and user support for various business units.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to ensure efficient system performance.
- Develop technical and functional documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in security, scalability, and system design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Arabic language skills are mandatory.
- 6+ years of combined experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant and/or Odoo Developer.
- Strong expertise in Odoo versions 16/17, including configuration and development.
- Proficient in Python, PostgreSQL, Odoo ORM, XML, and QWeb.
- Experience in business analysis, process mapping, and ERP lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with Linux, Git, and Odoo.sh or cloud-hosted environments.
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts and government workflows is a plus.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Odoo Certification (Functional and/or Technical).
- Prior experience working with government entities or public sector.
- Basic knowledge of frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Work Conditions:
- On-site position
- Contract duration: 12 months, renewable for long-term

- UAE/GCC experience preferred
