Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant

As an Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing client business processes and mapping them to Odoo functionalities. Your role will include participating in business requirement gathering and process workshops, as well as designing and configuring Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, and HR. You will provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support, while also customizing and developing new Odoo modules and features using Python. Additionally, you will create and modify QWeb reports and dashboards, integrate Odoo with third-party tools/APIs, perform debugging, conduct performance tuning, and carry out code reviews. Maintaining version control (Git) and adhering to best development practices is essential.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 2–5+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo (community or enterprise)
• Strong knowledge of Python, XML, PostgreSQL, and the Odoo framework
• Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML/CSS) is a plus
• Understanding of ERP business processes (Accounting, SCM, HR, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
