Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences
- Utilize market intelligence and client-first approaches to assist clients in purchasing residential and commercial properties
- Maintain strong relationships with developers to facilitate sales
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
- Stay updated on current market trends, developers, projects, and payment plans in Dubai
- Collaborate with the team while also showing the ability to work independently
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate or luxury sales
- Mandatory previous experience with a Dubai real estate brokerage
- Proven track record in off-plan property sales and achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client acquisition skills
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai developers, projects, and payment plans
- Valid UAE driving license
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Contract and Travel Details
