Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences
- Showcase a range of properties, including off-plan opportunities
- Maintain and develop relationships with developers
- Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive engagement and negotiation
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales
- Strong German-speaking skills to effectively serve German-speaking clients
- Preferred experience in UAE/Dubai real estate
- Familiarity with leading developers and off-plan sales is an advantage
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid UAE driving license
