Responsibilities

• Engage with potential buyers and effectively convert inquiries into transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Stay informed about property launches and developer projects within the Dubai real estate market.
• Utilize knowledge of Dubai developers and emerging communities to provide tailored advice to clients.
• Work independently while also collaborating within a team to meet and exceed targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Dubai real estate, with a preference for off-plan sales.
• Strong understanding of property launches and market dynamics.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and results-driven performance.
• Excellent client engagement and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Dubai’s developers and developing neighborhoods.
