Off-Plan Property Advisor

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced real estate sales professional to join our team. This position involves working in the dynamic Dubai real estate market, where you will leverage your expertise in both off-plan and secondary properties. You will utilize your knowledge of local developers and communities to provide exceptional service and guidance to clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions
• Close deals by effectively negotiating terms and following up with leads
• Utilize strong sales performance to meet and exceed targets
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, developers, and upcoming launches
• Work independently and collaboratively with a team to drive success

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate sales experience, preferably with a focus on off-plan properties
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai developers, property launches, and off-plan communities
• Proven sales performance with a strong ability to close deals
• Exceptional lead conversion, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in a European language is preferred
